Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge until 14 days before arrival (for Steigenberger, Ancient Sands) and until 30 days before arrival (for Sheraton Miramar, Club Paradisio and Sultan Bey). After this period, the full stay becomes non-refundable and must be prepaid.
