How do I activate the app for my stay?
Open the app and follow the instructions on the welcome or sign-in screen. Activation may vary depending on your hotel and reservation. If your stay isn't recognised automatically, simply contact Reception for assistance.
Which hotel app should I download?
Download the Genie app for the hotel where you're staying. Each participating hotel has its own dedicated app designed to enhance your guest experience.
Marina Hotels guests should download Marina Hotels Genie, which serves the participating Marina Hotels properties.
Always use the download link provided by El Gouna or your hotel to ensure you're installing the correct app.
Are the apps available in multiple languages?
All apps are currently available in English and German. Language availability may expand in future updates.
Can I request hotel services without calling Reception?
Yes. Depending on your hotel, you can submit service requests directly through the app and track their status in real time, making it easy to stay updated without calling Reception.
